Danielle Grant is a Spiritual Teacher with 20 years of experience, for The Spiritual Room, an online container and education platform supporting your awakening and ascension on the new earth. Danielle is also the host of The Spiritual Show Podcast & The Mind Vibe Podcast
Danielle’s intention with The Mindfulness Playbook Class is to help you connect to a mindful way of life, generate a state of peace and zen within, and allow you to live a life in present state. Danielle has created a program to help you finally achieve alignment with a more balanced internal world.
When Danielle is not busy sharing spiritual wisdom & supporting the shift to the 5th Dimension of Consciousness, she may be found in her local community with her partner, deepening her connection to source, flying like a bird in the sky, and enjoying time with her family at the lake or at the ski hill.

Experience - What I teach mostly comes from my own experiences of consciousness and what I have learned over the last 19 years of studying consciousness, spirituality, energy, buddhism and more. I have been gifted with receiving information that helps awaken the human understanding of the spirit self, the highest self.
Mindfulness - I have witnessed the results of meditation and the power of the mind over and over. This class is intended to be a real eye-opener to what is.
